It has been a fight to get the Texas leadership in the legislature to move the decision-makers to get this enrollment process going. I know that in my office we have been fighting on this for at least 18 months. I can assure the gentlewoman that I am delighted to see it finally get started, because it will stop the suffering of many of the working families that I represent in the 15th District.
