I was unable to be present in the House Chamber for certain rollcall votes on February 26th and the week of February 29 through March 3, 2016. Had I been present on those dates, I would have voted ``yea'' for rollcalls 100, 102, 103, 104…

I was unavoidably detained. Had I been present, I would have voted: Rollcall No. 240, ``no.'' ____________________

But it was interesting to me that the same arguments that I hear my friends on the other side of the aisle that businesses will close and things will go to hell just didn't pan out.
