They are the ones who are at the forefront as Colombia and other countries are bringing their drugs through Mexico, and they are the ones who have to fight it. They are the ones who have given up their lives. They are the ones who are helping us fight the drug cartel. I ask my colleagues to please join me in supporting this important initiative.
