I believe we can all work together with this Administration to support common sense, workable, and innovative approaches.

I mean, this is the two--the two points that I really want to drive home in this hearing. The first is that we didn't do enough to protect people in nursing homes who are disproportionately non-White.

Any suggestion that anyone up here or any political party has a monopoly on caring for children is just ludicrous and insulting.

I would love for Congress to revisit that piece of legislation and reform the bonus so it is more targeted to the people who truly need the help.
