I think what is before us today does not expand freedom or opportunity. In fact, I think it is horribly oppressive on the States.
Expanding internet access is critical to driving economic growth, reducing poverty, improving education and health care, empowering women, bolstering democratic principles, and advancing U.S. interests around the globe.
Any suggestion that anyone up here or any political party has a monopoly on caring for children is just ludicrous and insulting.
