I think what is before us today does not expand freedom or opportunity. In fact, I think it is horribly oppressive on the States.

That is because we still have freedom and opportunity in Texas, partly because we are a right-to-work State.

Texas, of course, is a right-to-work State. It is one of the fastest growing States, and people, workers, and companies, are literally flocking to Texas.

Let's set the record straight. There's no argument over the choice between peace and war but there's only one guaranteed way you can have peace and you can have it in the next second--surrender.
