Roger Williams: “You are forcing them to fly blind.”

Thank you, Chairman Williams for including this legislation in our markup today and I hope that all of my colleagues on both sides of the aisle will agree that simple, clear language is a way to ensure prosperity for our small businesses.

Industries like construction are particularly affected, with the projection showing the need for over 500,000 additional workers annually.

These 700 regulations have placed over $440 billion, that is with a B, over $440 billion on the small businesses of America.
