Roger Williams: “The opioid epidemic in the United States has devastated individual families and communities across the country.”

There has been a significant shortage in skilled labor across the country for way too long.

I urge my colleagues to support this bill and I yield back.

Thank you, Chairman Williams for including this legislation in our markup today and I hope that all of my colleagues on both sides of the aisle will agree that simple, clear language is a way to ensure prosperity for our small businesses.

If we want to truly help Main Street America we should oppose this amendment and support the underlying bill.
