Roger Williams: “Did the CFPB base the prepaid rule off complaints received?”

Thank you, Chairman Williams for including this legislation in our markup today and I hope that all of my colleagues on both sides of the aisle will agree that simple, clear language is a way to ensure prosperity for our small businesses.

I urge my colleagues to oppose this bill and I yield back.

His story was inspiring, and it showed that with a little help, anyone can be an entrepreneur in America.

If we want to truly help Main Street America we should oppose this amendment and support the underlying bill.
