Thank you, Chairman Williams for including this legislation in our markup today and I hope that all of my colleagues on both sides of the aisle will agree that simple, clear language is a way to ensure prosperity for our small businesses.

American small businesses are the engines of our economy, they are the entrepreneurs and they make America move and grow.

I want to thank Mr. Alford for sponsoring H.R. 9030, the Regulatory Agenda Clarity Act, which will help streamline the regulatory information agencies post in their annual regulatory agenda.

This important legislation will hold these fraudsters accountable, and I urge my colleagues to support it. Mr. Speaker, I reserve the balance of my time.
