I will tell you from Louisiana's standpoint, and I don't think it is any different from many other places, but certainly Louisiana we know now that broadband is a way of life. It is not a luxury. It is not something you have as a one off. It is essential.
Broadband is essential for daily life and economic growth in Louisiana.
