Not one small business has said, yeah, we need more rules and regulations. Not one.

These 700 regulations have placed over $440 billion, that is with a B, over $440 billion on the small businesses of America.

Main street is facing a dire labor shortage, with 90 percent of businesses reporting few or no qualified applicants in August.

This important legislation will hold these fraudsters accountable, and I urge my colleagues to support it. Mr. Speaker, I reserve the balance of my time.
