I want to thank Mr. Alford for sponsoring H.R. 9030, the Regulatory Agenda Clarity Act, which will help streamline the regulatory information agencies post in their annual regulatory agenda.

I urge my colleagues to support this bill and I yield back.

Thank you, Chairman Williams for including this legislation in our markup today and I hope that all of my colleagues on both sides of the aisle will agree that simple, clear language is a way to ensure prosperity for our small businesses.

The Prove It Act will help agencies ensure that they comply with the Regulatory Flexibility Act.
