Before disaster strikes, we must ensure that older Americans and people with disabilities are prepared.

Wages need to be increased so that they are both livable and competitive.

I hope to continue the same spirit of bipartisanship and advance an agenda to build both health and economic security for seniors.

We will need millions of new direct care workers in a few years given our aging population.
