So perhaps some rest and relaxation this evening, some satisfaction, I might say, of knowing that we have done good work on behalf of the American people to preserve the integrity of this surplus so that next year we can look at the manner in which it might be used to ensure greater retirement security for all Americans and even get the American people that tax reduction they should have had.
