As Federal policy makers, we must remember that administration of elections is inherently a function of state and local governments.

I am disappointed-but quite frankly not surprised, as this is just another in a long line of political stunts.

A one-size-fits-all approach is simply impractical.

So I'm aware that not every region has those kind of properties where all of this fits nicely together.
