The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: limitation on use of funds Sec. __. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used in contravention of section 321(a) of the Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. 7621(a)). The Acting CHAIR.
