I thank you, Dr. Babin. The enormity of this storm and the debt of gratitude that we owe our first responders cannot be overstated. My good friend, Judge Ted Poe, saw plenty of it up in his district, but he took it in stride, as he always does with any challenge because he is a Texan and he is a fighter.
