I think it is quite clear that this proposal goes far beyond anything EPA is authorized to do under the Clean Air Act, and I just think that is troubling that a regulatory agency would essentially ignore what Congress has given it…

We should all expect a well-regulated financial system that is free of fraud and abuse and includes robust consumer protections.

We simply can't afford to have these agencies miss opportunities to implement low-cost mitigation measures.
