“I think this is a very good amendment. Accountability in any government program is always welcome, and I thank the gentleman for offering this. We need to make sure that, as we are passing out these monies, we want them to go as far as they can, we want them to go to people that can actually deliver what they said in their grant proposals and in their quest in their housing proposals, and so I support it.”
