And they should have told them it was dangerous and their health was at risk and they did not do so. That is the fundamental cause of the litigation. Most plaintiffs' lawyers today involved in litigation are not proud of what has happened with asbestos. The companies have been tagged. The companies are stuck. They admit they did wrong. They are willing to compensate, as they are able to compensate.”
