Mr. Speaker, I don't consider common sense or the right thing to do a $24 billion irresponsibility, which is, once again, what the Democrat Party is pushing today on the floor of the House of Representatives. I yield 1 minute to the gentleman from Wisconsin (Mr. Duffy).
