Whether or not TPP is implemented will depend almost entirely on whether the President has fast track in place. The vote on fast track, or TPA, will determine the fate of the TPP trade deal. So a ``yes'' vote on TPA is a ``yes'' vote on TPP. It is that simple. History shows that is how it has worked time and time and time again. Fast track is not just about TPP.…”
