If I was violating a rule or saying anything to insult the majority leader, I would apologize because I do respect the majority leader. He always treated me fairly, as I think he does most people in the Senate. I think he is so recognized. But we have a difficult challenge. But my response, the reason I was a little bit aggressive on that was because the majority leader knows that on Monday afternoon in his speech, he was very hard on the Republican leader, Senator McConnell, and he said some things about him that I thought went too far because I guess we were involved in some big important issues and we are all a little bit tense about that.
