We knew these subtleties and disagreements, and we were given the best estimate that the intelligence agency was given. Let me ask the Senator this: The CIA is the Central Intelligence Agency. The Senator talked about the contradiction between saying at one point you should follow one or the other, or the minority opinion. Is one of the responsibilities of the CIA to review all intelligence and help advise the President, as that central agency, what he should take as reliable?
