If the Senator will yield, this is a troubling thing. Justice Scalia has been a fierce critic of this, pointing out: What country do you pick? Do judges get to pick their own? It seems to me, from what the Senator said, it is clear that the President's nominee to our highest Court in the United States has felt that the world of international law is more important than studying our own Constitution.
