I regret that we are dealing with this particular bill today because it does not address any real problem. This is a bill that corrects a problem that does not exist. These lawsuits that people are complaining about with regard to obesity and the fast food industry are being routinely dismissed. This is not a problem. The problem is obesity. The problem we should be talking about here is how to make sure that our kids get more nutritious foods.
