And I believe that the gentleman from Georgia (Mr. Collins) spoke very clearly about how this Congress needs to stand up and speak clearly about not only the role of Congress in writing laws, but also working more carefully with agencies as they write rules and regulations. We get that. We have oversight. We work with regulatory bodies. But what we are trying to say, as we provide the information on this bill, is that we want the courts to recognize that in the power struggle that takes place between the executive, legislative branch, and the courts, that we would like to defer to the people who originally wrote the law.
