I think every Member of this body, would be careful and very diligent to ensure that any decision they made concerning such a momentous subject as impeachment would be made on the law, on the facts, and on what is fair and just.

So it would definitely be designed to have a less powerful not just Speaker, but a less powerful majority. So, it would mean the majority would be like a King with no clothes.
This is an embarrassment, in my opinion, and I think the opinion of most people where I represent in Texas, that we are encouraging this behavior.
