Well, you know, I think it might. If they have good judgment and are good people, I am not so worried where they come from. But when you have five people on the Supreme Court--and we will have that if she is confirmed--all from one of the boroughs of New York and most of them from Harvard or Yale, then I think it does raise questions about it. Maybe someone from Arizona could handle that job. Mr. McCAIN. Or perhaps Alabama.
