I see Senator Blunt here, who was part of the leadership in the House before he came to the Senate. I know he has a deep understanding of these issues and the place we are in as a Nation today. I also see Senator Thune from South Dakota, who is an active member of the Budget Committee and part of the leadership here in the Senate. I am pleased to yield to Senator Blunt and ask him how he feels this morning as we move forward today to bring up a series of budgets with no plan from the majority party in the Senate.
