“I think it would be a matter of some discussion if the Senator would like to have some hearings in the Finance Committee on whether or not these bonuses occur. I don't think they are as substantial as the penalties may be. They are not. But, at any rate, if the Senator wants to have hearings on whether they ought to be raised, then I think that is something that is worthy of evaluation.”
