I have researched his record and background. I find that even though he does firmly believe that abortion is an immoral practice, that other than the matter I just raised about directing on partial-birth abortion not to enforce parts of the law, he has not taken any action in any way to use the power of his office to undermine the law of the Supreme Court on that matter.
