The committee on a regular basis hears from people in the United States who do a lot of business overseas, and one of the things which they talk about is intellectual property--the rule of law and following contracts to make sure that what you agreed to is equally agreed to by the others. Would you mind taking just a minute to talk with us tonight about the importance of intellectual property, how the world can capture this idea and how it can, in fact, increase not only the value of products but make sure that the product which is actually bought and sold is the real product as is the company that stands behind it.”
