I appreciate the gentleman, my friend, who formerly was the vice chairman of the Rules Committee. I would like to remind him that when he was the vice chairman of the committee, almost half of the 3,075 bills considered under suspension in the 110th and 111th Congress were for post offices and Federal building namings, or resolutions, or things just like National Pollinators Week. What we're trying to talk about is, at the end of the year, since we're going to be here waiting for the ``big deal,'' that we're going to make sure that we can take ideas that still exist and reside on a bipartisan basis.
