I have tried, and we have had at least one hearing with Secretary Fudge of HUD.
We don't need to get into it, but what we consider to be from the Federal court here, the District Court of Appeals here...
I'm hopeful that my colleagues will communicate across the aisle, and let's deal with this honestly.
Well, in fact, the Supreme Court ruled that it's not a constitutional issue. It's states' rights issue.
