This is an embarrassment, in my opinion, and I think the opinion of most people where I represent in Texas, that we are encouraging this behavior.

We think we have to make it work, and we think in Congress, we have got to work together to make that work.

We believe these witnesses represent the resiliency of this island, not just the hopes and dreams, not just the culture, but the future.
