I thank the Senator, also the Chair of the Budget Committee. He answered very well when he said we can't always fund the new things we want to do by pumping new money into them. Sometimes we need to ask ourselves if there is not some money being spent in a way that is less useful, and utilize that money where we have to utilize it. I am proud to serve with him on that Budget Committee. ____________________
