I would just again remind the gentleman from Texas (Mr. Burgess) again, look, you may not like the Affordable Care Act--I get it--but it passed with a majority of votes in the House and a majority of votes in the Senate. The President signed it into law. That's the way we do things here. That's the way laws are passed.…”
