I would be hopeful that this would not be a Trump bash hating ordeal, but if the gentleman is going to speak, he ought to speak factually correct.

It is important that the dollars that we give you, however, equally are tracked, known, and understood.

We are saying, we want you to be pragmatic, we want you to be fair.

This is an embarrassment, in my opinion, and I think the opinion of most people where I represent in Texas, that we are encouraging this behavior.
