Companies in North Carolina, New Jersey, Tennessee, Colorado, and Mississippi are asking for help on this matter. I support the GSP. I believe in trade. I will continue to support it. But I only ask that when we have a problem, either the USTR or the Congress listen to somebody and fix it every now and then, not just consider we have a big train here and we are not going to stop to listen to anybody with a suggestion for improvement. A small change will prevent an unfair benefit from accruing to a Chinese company and will prevent more Americans from losing their jobs. This will ensure that trade is free and principled and plentiful. Senator Baucus and I have talked about this, and he has looked at me sadly and listened patiently. But we are down at the licklog, and no relief has been obtained, and that is why I am here today. I thank the Chair. I yield the floor, and I note the absence of a quorum. The PRESIDING OFFICER.
