Mr. President, I just want to say we have in this colloquy Senator Blunt, who was the second ranking Republican leader in the House and who has dealt with these issues for many years. We are so glad to have him in the Senate--and Senator Johnson, a new Senator, passionate and concerned about the future of America, both of them. I think the American people should be proud of the service they have rendered. We have to change. I believe we can, and we are going to keep fighting toward that end. I yield the floor.
