We really do want to address both of your questions. I think they are both legitimate questions. First of all, according to Hungary's Ambassador at Large for Energy Security, lifting restrictions on import ``would send an extremely important message of strategic reassurance to the region which currently feels more threatened than any time since the cold war.'' I will yield in a second to the author of the bill because he understands that piece of the pie. We talk about thuggery from Russia. The Ukrainians had to renegotiate the amount of money that they were paying just to get their natural gas and stay warm because the Russians raised that price on them. We think that is gouging and taking advantage of people. I yield 2 minutes to the gentleman from Ohio (Mr. Johnson) to discuss this point that you asked about.
