I do believe this is a matter of some concern, in fact, that we may be moving into a period in which the government, the big city in Washington, the elites who control this, who come out of an environment where they are not comfortable with guns, are oblivious and insensitive to the right that I believe was critical to our Founders in ratifying the Constitution.”
