Mr. President, Senator Coburn served on the debt commission. Senator Coburn had no burden to run for reelection. I am so glad he did. He is one of the most valuable Members of this Senate. I have an understanding that the Senator from Oklahoma came here to try to do something about the debt this country faces. Is that fair to say?
