I think we should have a standard of at least being honest about what's in the bill. We are not throwing people off who are disabled. It is an able-bodied standard, and the gentlewoman knows that. Mr. Speaker, at this time I yield 1 minute to the gentleman from Hood River, Oregon (Mr. Walden).
