I might have done it differently.

I would be hopeful that this would not be a Trump bash hating ordeal, but if the gentleman is going to speak, he ought to speak factually correct.

This is an embarrassment, in my opinion, and I think the opinion of most people where I represent in Texas, that we are encouraging this behavior.

It is not the customer; it is the oversight.
