We have been talking about thoughtful young members of the Financial Services Committee, who work with people all across the United States who are engaged in financial services to bring more capital to bear, not only for small business, but also better investment tools, investor tools. We have had the advantage of having not only Mr. Polis, a young entrepreneur from Colorado, but we have had Ed Royce. We have had Tom Emmer. We now would like to have another very bright, young man who serves on the Financial Services Committee to talk to us, who brings this bill to us from Winfield, Illinois. Mr. Speaker, I yield 5 minutes to the gentleman from Illinois (Mr. Hultgren).
