The gentleman makes a very important point. I would respond back by saying it is probably my fault and Members' fault. We do not ask that question. I do not have a determination. I generally do not do a full background check. I do not have access to their records. I would not know if they were telling me the truth or not. If you were a law enforcement organization or if you were a hospital looking for certification, if you were the IRS, you would have pretty much data available to you so that you didn't ask a question that you couldn't verify. So I think the gentleman makes a point. I will tell you that this Member of Congress is now and has always been faithful and has not done anything with his taxes. I pay mine every year.
