I am pleased to have a very valuable part of our Republican team here today, a gentlewoman who has taken hundreds of meetings and who has led the way in what, I believe, is to better the circumstance with the National Flood Insurance Program. She is from the Financial Services Committee and is the chairwoman of the Subcommittee on Insurance, Housing and Community Opportunity.
